Has anyone experience with series record on ch5 using a freeview pvr set top box, it seems anything programmed on this platform will result in recordings being duplicated as and when anything with the same title is broadcast.
I have been informed that ch5 is well known for this fault on Freeview.

If you frequent the TV forum and in particular the PVR sub forum you will see that C5 do indeed have "previous" for their, shall we say, creative use of series link.

It would appear they use the same programme and series link ids across their channels so if you set a series link on a programme on the main C5 channel it will pick up all the repeat showings on 5Star and Spike or whatever.
