The theories don't really add up as why is Robert ready to help break Lachlan out of jail.. then again this phone call from Aaron is intriguing.

Danny also telling fans to chill, twist & turns ahead.

I don't really kno how the situation can be fixed.. but do i think there's a R/R affair brewing.. absolutely not.

Thats what I thought when I read the interview. But for me a cheating storyline after what we saw in the SSW thats make no sense. Its to soon for that! I know its a soap but after everything they said to each other 3 weeks ago!!!

I'm not supposed to say this... but... I've got the official, scripted scene of Aaron's phone call to Robert....

It goes something like "Hey Rob... I know you've got something important going on at the moment... but I'm lying here, on our bed, completley naked and covered in whipped cream. You've got 20 minutes to come home or I'm going in the shower"

I think that's what it said anyway....

Yeah I know it would be ridiculous just now,but I'm meaning along the line a bit after Robron are married.Maybe they're just laying a bit of groundwork IF they choose to go that way in the future

Isn't there a spoiler that says something about charity being sick of them arguing? So they must have cross words about it meaning Aaron probably doesn't know.

But I do think it was all Robert's ill thought out plan to keep Rebecca onside. He is so single minded about clearing Andy's name, HF doesn't mean anything to him anymore.

Is he being a dumbass? Yes.
Does he seriously feel that way about Rebecca? I vote no!

yes, the storyline... but you can still see the nuance in the actual writing whether the writer had been paying attention to the recent events that happened in robron's life

How many more times must Robert redeem himself? How many more misunderstandings? How many more false dawns? How many more twists and turns for us only to end up where we were before? The Robron story (and a lot of other Emmerdale storylines) must move on to pastures new.

Yeah, Danny's tweet is intriguing and also Maxine saying "no-one else comes close, remember". There must be more to this than meets the eye and I for one cannot wait for those episodes now

Yes, lets be positive. I know its hard (and I have to say that most of the time Im very negative about this storyline since Rebecca arrived) but im sure there will be an explanation.

I think they were perhaps having Robert debating how far he could/should go to play along with Rebecca to get what he wants. Keeping it all a bit ambiguous. To think Robert was prepared to die with Aaron & proved the strength of his love 'no one else comes close' where did being desperate to have HF suddenly come from 2015! I know he mentioned it when he said 'I've got a wedding to pay for' the week before SSW but he even defied Aaron with his not staying away from her by allowing her to drink with her in Aaron's home of all places! What happened to 'I just want to be myself now with you?' none of this adds up !

But sticking with this and hoping Emmerdale right there wrongs and explain the plot holes they just created. I felt we'd got past all this now, if they were going to go down this route they should of done this before the engagement not directly after and so undermining it.”

This is definitely al for a plot purpose, some of which we probably have no idea about and they have kept under wraps as they wanted that reaction from us! I mean they can do it, just look at Holly & Tess' deaths! Caught us on the hop there

I'm normally positive but I really don't like the timing of this storyline at all.There is an explanation I'm sure

Just a thought:

Could Chas be the one in on "Robert's plan?" (Again, if there is one).

She was there when she saw Robert holding Rebecca's hand (wouldn't she have a go?). And wasn't there a spoiler saying Chas telling Diane to go & see Robert?

It's pretty much unlikely, but throwing it out there.

I'm not sure Aaron is on it - yet - but it probably is a plan and Robert will do something that will convince him absolutely. Don't know what it could be and it won't be just getting a place for them but maybe there is some shock yet to come that will make it all fall into place ... the proper fluffy place

I'm still on the fluffy bus, but I think I'm going to take a break from this thread until 1st of December when everything shakes out.

I still have absolute faith in Robron and the writers and producers. But after the earthquakes and massive storms that have been bombording my home town in NZ and plunging everything into disarray and chaos, the last few days, I really have no more room for negativity. So I'll be back when things are more positive and clear for the Robron story.
