After all I was saying about the name Lachlan, my friend just messaged to say she's an auntie as her sister had a little boy tonight and named him Lachlan ! It's funny as she was going to call him Teddy so I wasn't expecting Lachlan lol I don't think she even watches emmerdale but it's funny after I was going on about it recently and also that's two references to ED with Lachlan and Teddy (Adam's little boy)

I'm freaking out because i feel like it could be the bobble hat under the hood at the bonfire. PLEASE I BEG

Watched tonights ep.
Nice to see Robron back onscreen.
The Ashley storyline is sad.. John is great. Hope he wins some awards next year.

Also.. I bet the Emma video tape will be revealed once Ashley dies.

And Chas smiling at them awwwww I am so weak. This is so beautiful watching them like that. This hand holding is like that Aaron wanted to comfort Robert that he was alive and that it's ok, he is there. Awwwww Anyway, I am pretty emotional about this scene.

I'd imagine Ryan is playing it exactly as he's been directed to. I think we all need to remember that tPtB are (mostly) thinking about the majority of the Emmerdale audience who don't even know that the DS soap forum exists, don't tweet or tumblr about the show and only know the spoilers when they read them in that week's TV magaine (or as I used to do from seeing the front cover of said magazines in Tesco's), So it stands to reason (to me at least) that they want to keep some level of suspense for these general viewers - will Robert cheat again so soon after proposing? Is he still attracted to Rebecca etc? Because the general viewership aren't so invested in the characters or their relationship so these questions won't lead to feline birthings in their case. So in order to give those questions some level of credence there has to be a level of ambiguity in how things are played. Which is why I did think that, after Holly's funeral, when Bex said that line about Robert making his bed and walked out he did look (to me) like he was checking her out because that is what the general viewership were meant to believe was possible. (Not sure if this makes total sense but hope you get the gist of what I mean)



Actually I've been quite surprised about how quickly some of the secrets have been revealed recently but do think this one is likely to be a slow burner.





This made me  (especially because if its a consequence of what I said on here [which I think it might be] it wasn't what I meant at all )
