I was joking, I doubt they will film the wedding in Las Vegas.
It will be brought up.. getting married in Las Vegas etc.

Also the trip does go ahead.
It's a weekend getaway.
So, they will still be onscreen.
You will see them arrive back on the Monday. Go away in the Friday.. back on Monday.
I said pretty much all this last night as that's how I interpreted your posts .

It's brought up in week 3 I bet along with them setting a date .

I hope we get a better preview of upcoming stories for next year than that crappy STV one which actually managed to give less information than had previously been released in some respects.

That would probably blow the budget for location filming for the whole year, so there would be no money for next October's disaster - and as it will be their 45th anniversary it is bound to be especially gruesome and "epic".

Come to think of it, that, and the fact that I doubt Cain, Lisa and Zac would be allowed into America, it might not be a bad idea to have an American wedding.....
I think the majority of ED residents would require face to face interviews with the US Embassy in London to secure approval to travel due to their criminal records (Lisa, Zac, Cain, Adam. Aaron, Charity and many more I think it would be Robert and Liv on their own).

I think "hate" is overdoing it, more than somewhat, but Aaron needs to remember that Robert was prepared to drown with him a matter of weeks ago, and he might guess that Robert will plan something special for his birthday, but that goes for nought because of tittle-tattle from his mum and little sister, Aaron prefers to doubt Robert. Is that really a good basis for a marriage?
No, if that was the case. But it isn't.

That's just the "let's paint Aaron in the worst possible light in this, poor Robert" interpretation isn't it.

They could split the difference and get married in Blackpool. That's the Vegas of England right?
Oh good grief, that overselling Blackpool which these days is absolutely dreadful, it would be perfect for a Dingle get together as its so shockingly tacky and horrid, full of drunked stags and hens, I cannot see Robert being wowed by that experience.

The wedding planning is brought up throughout January.
It is good, the way they plan it. I think I would copy them if I ever got married.
lol.

I just watched the interview. He gives nothing away.
All he says is there is a wedding.. returning characters, plus a new character joining the show.

You got me curious here

Probably nothing fancy it is not aaron's style at all. Maybe just a little ceremony with their family (Chas, Liv, Vic, Adam) and a little reception at the pub after.

Lucie, I hate to be picky but you've missed Bex out of your list of guests

I think the fun part of the planning may be Aaron wanting low key, Chas wanting full-on gay wedding and Robert wanting something sophisticated and special, this could be really great viewing .

I dunno, to me it comes across like the 'planning' is them actually hardly planning anything!

Not the details but the way they do it.
Example: Robert flipping a coin on the choice of venue. Heads: Church. Tails: Scrapyard.
It's so simple. lol.

I know you are joking but the thought of a scrap yard wedding has me

Hmm... the planning kinda makes me think the wedding could be in Feb. The Maxine eps. IDK I go back and forth.

lol. That was the first thing that came to my head.. Scrapyard.

I think the Feb eps that Maxine wrote is for some other Robron stuff. I have a pretty good idea what it is about.
It won't be the wedding... unless I am totally wrong about it.

Hi Kirstenn. Thanks for all the spoilers and other news.

Do you think that the Friday night official spoilers might contain some new Emmerdale information (not just Robron) or has mostly everything now been revealed in the last few days?

what about Diane

yea I think it will be everyone else like chas and vic who will have all the ideas and actually be trying to do the planning
Maybe they will let everyone else do the planning to keep them occupied and off their backs then say "oh thanks very much for all your hard work but we've got it sorted and it's happening *______* (insert place here)
