I have just watched tonights episode.
I don't think Aaron was that bothered in the first scene until Chas asked if they were OK. In the second scene, it was obvious to Rob that Aaron wasn't really that pleased, even the little smile from Aaron was clearly false. I think Rob knows its bothering Aaron but his plan is for a big surprise, he isn't lying about who he is seeing, its just a situation that could have been avoided if had just said "I've got a surprise for you, meet me tomorrow at 6pm in The Barn" Poor Aaron, his face at the end.. I hope the surprise is worth it.

Lets hope so, I can see how Aaron would get a little paranoid, Rob had a look of "I'm up to something" about him and Aaron knows that look. Hopefully tomorrow we get a great surprise and Aaron showing relief for WELL 2 minutes knowing ED.

I wonder what punishment the Ryan stealers would deserve? He's married but we all know people would happily steal him from Daisy....
Besides, that's nothing to do with the point I am making. I'm discussing a fictional character here and don't see how it's relevant to bring Ryan's marriage into it??? |

I do love how Robert was totally checking Aaron out in their first scene
he does it a lot and it's one of Ryan's little touches that he is very good at

Aaron and Robert are mad about each other and they've always been sort of magnetically drawn to one another. They have been through so much in a short space of time and yet they've become stronger as a result. They have a unique bond and they are most definately soulmates. However, they don't have the calmest of relationships and it's always going to have highs and lows.It might be that the highs are really high though and the lows are really low.It is a passionate relationship in all ways.Aaron will still be Aaron and Robert will still be Robert. It is clear they are good for each other and each makes the other a better person, but still,at times, they will revert to type.Aaron will still have a temper and those tendencies that come with that.He will still have some insecurities and he will still be brooding at times. He will still have issues that stem from his past as they wont fully disappear and will surface at points.Robert will still be manipulative and out for what he can get at times. He will still have that sly, sneaky steak that comes from that.He will still be sure of himself and sarcastic. He also will still have issues that stem from his past as they wont fully disappear either and will surface at points. These are the characters they are and I don't want them to change that because that's what makes Aaron and Robert individually, and that's what makes Robron. They bring out the best in each other though, and they work as a couple because they really love each other and would literally do anything for each other.Their love has survived a lot and their bond won't be easily broken

That is easily explained by looking at page 5 section 2 of the soap scriptwriters guide to cliche'. As soon as you become gay, you become a great cook, and before long an expert in fine wines. You form a great attachment to your mum and go shopping together (they will have a great time buying Chas's dress for the wedding), Robert and Aaron will give up the scrap yard to start an antique shop, develop a sudden passion for the ballet (especially Tchiakovsky) and when they move to their new home, Aaron will insist on a cutting garden so he can join Harriet's Thursday afternoon course on Flower Arranging in the village hall. It's what we all do, you know....

So sorry, are you saying they don't like him?
![]() They are Aaron's family, if it looks like he could be cheating on him (which it's supposed to, it's the whole story) then they are going to have a problem with it, regardless of how much they like him or not. Their loyalty is to their son and brother, not Robert. That hug is completly innocent and chas and liv react like robert is having sex with rebecca in the middle of the street |

Of course aaron is where their loyalty lies. But if you like someone like you pretend, you give them the benefit of the doubt and not jump in the first worst conclusion. And have a bit a respect for them and go to ask them what is going on
That hug is completly innocenkt and chas and liv react like robert is having sex with rebecca in the middle of the street The point is that the hug, no matter how innoccent it seems, IS supposed to make it look Luke he's cheating when put into the mix with everything else. That's the entire story. We as viewers are expected to react the very same way as them They are over protective of Aaron. That's all they are guilty of. Liking or not liking Robert doesn't come into it. |

Evening all
How are we all?? Talking about Birthday surprises My brother who turned 30 yesterday (which also happens to be the same age gap between me and my bro as Vic and Robert lol I am 22 now ) Ironically his boyfriend is 25 too ![]() Anyways, His boyfriend made me take him around town to collect a few things, This was the surprise he did for my brother. So he booked a flash hotel for the night, had big 3,0 balloons and strawberries and chocolate and antipasto type stuff and champagne and two travel pamphlets as he had booked him a flight to go to Europe and go on a cruise ship and one of the destinations is Croatia- what a present ![]() ![]() ![]() So Robert up your game lol ![]() I have like the last few scene, nowhere bad enough as the spoilers make it to be ![]()

There's been talk about there possibly being two surprises Robert has for Aaron. We know going away for the weekend is one (although if that was it, would be a bit underwhelming for me & all that "sneaking around" & "planning" it with Rebecca).
We know both boys are dressed up (could go for the meal after all), but someone's mentioned this on Tumblr: could the other surprise (the first one, and if there is another one) be Robert properly proposing to Aaron? We know Chrissie makes that comment & then after that is when Robert gives the surprise doesn't he, showing how much he loves Aaron? I mean, a weekend break is romantic & all, but not really a "surprise" as such? Could also be possible considering we know Chas thinks mores going on doesn't she (possibility she thinks they're eloping?), although again, this could be her noticing Aaron's insecurities. What does everyone think? |
