I am guessing those are technical guides to mental illness diagnosis? I'm not familiar with them. I probably should have avoided the phrase "mentally ill" as it connotes a medical condition I am not qualified to diagnose. Let's call it a troubled soul or a damaged personality. Whatever it is, I now think it needs intervention.
I'm not explaining myself very well tonight; I still feel the same about the ingratitude aspect but see I am in a minority of one. I understand the points people are making but I think we are perhaps meaning different things by the same words. No matter.
