It would be nice to see Andy back for the wedding but if that does happen I hope he comes back an ep or two before I wouldn't want him or anything else to over shadow the wedding. I wonder what the 'heartbreaking' element is going to be?

Vic losing her baby? She might not be pregnant mind but it's one thing that would fit.

It depends if the heart-breaking is just in the episode so could happen to someone else unrelated to Robron, like Ashley dying.

I reckon Andy not being in contact is part of the long term plan to cover whatever happens with Kelvin. With Aaron we always knew where he was and there was always a hidden level of communication with those back home. With Andy, he was supposed to get in touch but instead has gone silent. This can be explained as Andy going missing rather than simply on the run. That leaves it open to remain unresolved or kill him off off-screen or find out what happened if Kelvin agrees to a return. Just being on the run had, until tonight's episode, stuck things in a cul-de-sac. Andy going missing gives the writers more options.

Maybe the "heartbreaking" could be Aaron finding out Chas is going to leave the village. We know Lucy due date is Spring 2017 so she could only film until February 2017.

I would love if Andy came back for the wedding. Considering all this White drama is for him. Plus it would be nice to have more than just Vic/Diane for Robs side.

Not a chance it will be Ashley, when that death happens it will almost certainly be its own episode. No way they potentially let it be overshadowed and they shouldn't either, John Middleton has been superb In this story combined with hoe long he's been there and the serious real life nature of the condition they will have as the centre stage.

Or, if she is pregnant and doesn't lose the baby, Adam might just take off for a bit because he's overwhelmed by losing Holly and James in quick succession and he thinks he'll be a crap dad and Vic/the baby are better off without him.

Really nice to see Danny talking about the stand out/favourite scenes for him this year were Aaron telling Chas and Robert about his abuse and then the woods scene in the Robron episode recently Also that he was praising John Middleton for his research and portrayal of poor Ashley

I am not taking the heartbreaking thing too literally. I think it will be something Aaron and Robert say to each other much like what Robert told Aaron about how he just wanted to be himself now with Aaron. They took such an unlikely path to get to the point of being happy together. Maybe they say something like they never thought it would happen. I don't think it'll be an event like someone dying.

I really wish we had seen more of them being themselves during this week. I mean Aaron said he spent the full week there in their bed, we should have seen some of that surely



This would fit with the timing and storyline and will be so emotional if this is what it is. Chas will be so emotional that her son is finally happy and settled, where a year ago things were so different and then she may decide to go off traveling (maybe with her new love interest of shes still getting one) and they wedding will maybe be one of her dinal scenes.


Hes so humble and appreciative of it all, and love that he picked those scenes as they were also our (the fans) stand out moments too.
John deserves an award next year for this storyline, its so well done. Im glad we had the dollowup scene tonight with Laurel and Sandy and her saying whybshe snapped and how she felt like she wasnt needed, she's often overlooked but very good atbthis stuff. Its hard to imagine that she came into the show as a ditzy young woman in a bumble bee costume

Yes, Danny has always been very generous to his cast mates. Praising them when they've done a particularly strong storyline performance even when it's completely separate from his own. John Middleton has been especially great since the dementia storyline started.

1) First - the culmination of so much circling around. Robert being bold and then hesitating, unsure of himself and what's happening, then he just knows he has to go for it, and it's incredible. There's no going back.
2) Reunion - They waited so long. We waited so long. They love each other and they find themselves home again in the middle of this terrible trial. Beautiful.
3) The woods - The whole scene is so perfect. Robert opening up about himself, Aaron reassuring him that he thinks he's amazing. Aaron's 'I love you', the forehead rest as Robert knows how much he loves Aaron and wants to be 'himself' with him forever. *sigh*
4) Christmas day - Hearteyes. I think this is when you know they have fallen in love (although it takes them a while to get their respective heads round it).
5) Drunk Robert - A controversial choice perhaps, but I love this messed up vulnerable Robert. Aaron still loves him, Robert still loves Aaron. They just can't get it right. Yet.

This is what I think Iain meant when he talked about heartbreaking, emotional etc.

I think its going to be emotional because we are seeing a couple who have had to overcome so much and fought to be together.

Exactly heartbreaking in the same way Aaron finally telling Robert he loved him was. A very happy event but a little sad in that it was such a long time coming and they had to go through so much to get there.

He looks better in blue. I think it makes his eye look more blue.

I actually loved this

Drunk Robert was so vulnerable and needing comfort from Aaron and this is something that Robert rarely shows.

Aaron was still so in love with him and you could see it took everything he had to not kiss him back.

My top 5 kisses

1. First kiss - loved everything about it. But the scenery really adds a lot to it.
2. Pub kiss with Robert pulling on Aaron's belt - self explanatory
3. Hospital proposal kisses - Aaron's fluffy hair and Robert running his hands through it was great.
4. Hotel neck kiss - it was hot and need more neck kissing.
5. HF kiss - nose touching <3

Yeah great moments and I love that Danny loved them too I will be upset if John doesn't win an award as he has just been brilliant.They are handling the story so well and like you say Charlotte is so good and in my opinion very under rated

I quite like that drunk kiss too. Wouldn't be in a top 5 as I don't really consider it a kiss but it was a lovely moment in a messed up way. Robert being vulnerable and sharing again with Aaron something he hadn't with anyone else (still true to this day as well). Then you had Aaron wanting him but not daring to give in because he knew he'd get hurt.

Re: Aaron and Robert getting their own place.

Eric's been rattling around his place by himself since Val's death by mirror shard. I don't think it's even been seen since the Christmas Carol inspired episodes at the end of last year. He might start to think about downsizing which would free it up. It's next to the scrapyard so it'd be a handy location and enough room for them and Liv.

Basically, it's a lovely house...I think they should have it.
