Yes, Danny has always been very generous to his cast mates. Praising them when they've done a particularly strong storyline performance even when it's completely separate from his own. John Middleton has been especially great since the dementia storyline started.
also he regularly praises the crew and not many others do this.He acknowledges how much work goes into what we see and that so much of it is not down to the actors

5) Drunk Robert - A controversial choice perhaps, but I love this messed up vulnerable Robert. Aaron still loves him, Robert still loves Aaron. They just can't get it right. Yet.
I actually loved this Drunk Robert was so vulnerable and needing comfort from Aaron and this is something that Robert rarely shows. Aaron was still so in love with him and you could see it took everything he had to not kiss him back. |

I really think Aaron was wearing the bobble hat but we just couldn't see it properly cus of the hood. So annoyed

I hate to burst your bubble Andy but I really don't think Aaron's bobble would have fit under the hood of his hoodie.....

Re: Aaron and Robert getting their own place.
Eric's been rattling around his place by himself since Val's death by mirror shard. I don't think it's even been seen since the Christmas Carol inspired episodes at the end of last year. He might start to think about downsizing which would free it up. It's next to the scrapyard so it's be a handy location and enough room for them and Liv. Basically, it's a lovely house...I think they should have it. |

I think the point is that there's 'hints' of Robert's interest in the Mill next month rather than Eric's.

In today's ep he found out what the Whites had done re Andy and was obviously upset with Lawrence. I wonder if they will follow up on his reaction and make Lawrence see sense... |

Mmm, where Aaron's mum's ex-boyfriend - who he hated - used to live. Cosy.

This reminded me of Ronnie as I wondered if he would help Robron fix up the Mill.

It'll have a brand new interior because of the dry rot and fire damage. Clean slate with nothing to remind them of anything bad in the past.

Oh im sure Robert will f**k some new memories of that house into Aaron, really good memorable ones
. Yeah I think Ronnie would likely do it if only to give him a reason to stick around. I doubt Aaron cares that Carl used to live there. |

Can we have a new sleek modern interior in Mill Cottage any way?

In that case, they'll have to rename it, 'Thrill Cottage'.

He looks better in blue. I think it makes his eye look more blue.
And its interesting about his eyes because like most people with light (rather than brown) eyes I do think what he wears influences the colour his eyes look like a lot - and I was struck again (whilst re-watching) by how green his eyes looked when he was under water in the bath |

So then talk about it? People talk about it. One person making a depressing/negative post doesn't stop another making a positive one.
If there was that much amazing fluffy stuff to talk about, and that many people wanting to do that, then that would be the tone of the thread wouldn't it. I generally think people just need to stop being so sensitive to other peoples opinions. So you see some negative posts about affairs OH MY GOD I MUST GET OUT OF HERE THIS IS AN AWFUL PLACE WITH AWFUL PEOPLE AND ATTACK EVERYONE FOR IT WHILST DOING SO...like..no. How most tactful to put this, Andy?. Forgive me, but nearly every day you are on here with almost Old Mother Shipton-like predictions that Robert will cheat, lie, generally let down Aaron, but the evidence seems to suggest they will overcome any problems they have. Robert lived like a monk between refusing Aaron's kiss in the park after saying he would wait for him, till they got together again, and I think if he was on the look-out he would have acted during that period, but he didn't. If you ever saw the 1961 film Victim with Dirk Bogarde and Sylvia Sims, about a bisexual lawyer ("Melvyn Farr") he went the opposite way to Robert and chose his wife over another man, but there was never any suggestion Melvyn would cheat on his wife, once he had made his decision, and I think we should allow Robert the same courtesy. |

Even if Lawrence did see sense, he would be in danger because the revolting Lachlan would stop at nothing to save his own skin, and Lawrence's health is already compromised. I just wish, post-Brexit, they would all go and live in a tax haven, thousands of miles from Yorkshire, then we could turn Home Farm into some nice heritage apartments. Perhaps they could take the revolting Ross (seen at his piggish worst last night) with them? |

Lawrence has lived in a state of denial for over 40 years, I doubt that anyone could change him now. Actually, I felt a bit sorry for Rebecca last night, being thrown out for telling the truth.

Btw, i don't think the heartbreaking thing in the wedding is the vows. For starters it appears that at the time of that quite it hadn't even been written yet so there was literally no dialogue yet that could be heartbreaking!

The weather is crap, I feel ill, oh and the Americans just voted to return to the dark ages, so all is right with the world.
Anyway seems Danny is up early so presumably might be involved in the press stuff today. |
