I think Danny was making a joke. I can see why some would be put off by it IDK. I think people are just really sensitive right now so the smallest things would set them off.

Yeah that's what they think. There are actual gay couples suffering in the world or something and Danny's comparing them to a fictional character. It went over their head completely or they wanted to not understand so they could complain.

You frequently imply that you have inside knowledge, however, may I respectfully put it to you, that as your predictions are so often wide of the mark, if you have this foreknowledge it must come from the script or the recording, not the edited tapes we mere mortals see. As you know some scenes are deleted prior to transmission.

I thought I made one or two cogent points in my original reply, but as they seem to have passed you by, there is little to be gained by repeating them. Except just one thing: If Robert didn't genuinely love Aaron, why did he remain celibate during the time they were apart, and why did he risk death staying underwater with Aaron when he could have so easily saved himself? Just because he is bisexual, it doesn't mean he will drop them for anything with a pulse, like Ross does. He clearly has a strong commitment to Aaron.

I think Aaron and Robert will be together for a long time.. Most of us, I am sure, are glad of this. The only way I see an end to the unprecedented success of this relationship will be if either Danny or Ryan decide to leave, and, I suspect, at the moment, that is not very likely.
