Being shown how to use these things saves an awful lot of trips to A and E clutching your severed fingers in a clean tea towel (especially as some of this lot cannot even use a sharp knife). Sadly people simply do not understand how dangerous some kitchen equipment can be and I say this as someone who had to deal with all the accident reports coming from school kitchens. Tales of horror and a lot of blood!

I got totally drunk on vodka once when my drink was spiked.. Weird thing is it made me allergic to it now. It was actually that that put me off drink now so I am more of a teetotal drinker now.
