It's written on the menu.
I thought they said that the menu just said "chocolate & salted caramel"

I do too, it goes up there with pork crackling as one of my favourites

No, we saw the menu and it just said 'chocolate and salted caramel'. Possibly the critics get a bit more detail of the dishes other than just what's there.
