Indeed. I think Angela Hartnett is the only nice chef from the Ramsay stable.

I've got a lot of time for Mark Sergeant too
He was a bit of a sh*t on another show a few years ago to the junior chefs in his kitchen.

Mind you, it's not as brave as the first person who opens an oyster & thought "yum"!
Makes you wonder why he even wanted to open an oyster.. And do you think he cooked it or had it raw? And where did we get the idea to cook it. My argument is why would you want something that slimy to go down your throat...ugh!!!
