I'm having hell posting.

Anyone else? It might just be my cheap rubbish internet.
I couldn't load pages earlier this evening but it's been ok for the last couple of hours.

Hopefully that should be okay... I would also suggest putting a couple of cd's on string across the plot too, at least it might go someway to scare the birds away..
The dogs do a good job of that! Our little plot at home has been soooo productive this year, we've had to give a lot of veg away, there are only two of us and there are only so many courgettes you can eat in a summer

Can't wait for Christmas dinner this year with home grown spuds, carrots, parsnips, swede, cabbage, runner beans, peas and sprouts. We tried cauliflowers but they were a disaster lol

We had so many tomatoes and rhubarb I didn't know what to do with them all... Froze the rhubarb and just ate the tomatoes as snacks...lol And the runner beans just kept appearing...lol

Especially when you have a husband who hates the things!

I seem to remember MRJ forcing them out to apologise if they were more than about 30 seconds late!

Grace Dent is the Andi Peters of Professional Masterchef I reckon (or possibly Jackie wossername who had been to Thailand).

I ended up giving bags of toms to some neighbours. The weather produced a real glut this year.
