I had the cooker fan on full blast, the hot tap runnning full to do the pots and pans AND the dishwasher going... and yet the dulcet tones of Wallace hollering cuts through all of that. Le sigh.

I know it's been asked before, but how do they film this round / the judging?
Do they taste everything after it's cooked and do a for-TV with comments tasting of a procession of cold plates of food? |
