I think 12 is too many to try and cram into one programme. They should do 2 progs of 6. Too many dishes passing before our eyes and hard to remember them individually.

Scottish lecturer has done well.

Bought some of those frozen Lidl lobsters the other week when they were £2.99 each for one day. Was going to attempt a bisque with one of them.

It must be wonderful to be a top chef with all that skill and training. If I asked Marcus to make me a lemon meringue pie, for instance, I bet he wouldn't need to check on weights and measures and times in a cookery book, he's just get on with it!

Yeah, it was a special in a Saturday. They did some kind of Twitter promotion (I don't do Twitter) that if so many thousands of folllowers joined in, they would discount the lobbies. I read about it & was there for opening time
