What's this thing with cooking meat 3 ways? I've seen it a lot in this programme.
Maybe it's to hide over cooked meat..lol. You know we could have rare to the point of almost bleating, cooked just right that it is crying out for mint sauce and then burnt and chewy

His stuff for Waitrose is quite hit and miss. Hated the Christmas pudding with the candied clementine inside. It's sickly sweet. His turkey gravy is awful also. Tastes like medicine.
Agree. It varies between excellent and awful

Think they are trying to get away from using French terms i.e pre-starter instead of amuse-bouche (which sounds interesting)
