Pannacotta - yum. Going a bit X Factor again though, with the bubbly sunshiney wife.
His wife in a bowl. That's taking cooking to the extreme. I wonder if he confit her.

I think they ought to publish a Masterchef Book of Cliches. Monica just came out with "There is no room for error on this dessert." Well, is there ever?
