Had a weird thing in the veg box tonight - Orca Tubers. The husband has just fried them up and boy are they gorgeous... Funnily never seen them on here
Not sure if that's a typo or an autocorrect job but I think you mean ocra . Caribbean food uses them a lot IIRC,

They ponce about and have totally lost sight of what customers might actually like to eat
They're trying to impress Marcus and Monica so going all-out.

Had fish and chips at the Scallop Shell in Bath yesterday. Won best fish and chip place this summer and it's fantastic. None of these chefs cook food. They ponce about and have totally lost sight of what customers might actually like to eat
Oooh have you had fish and chips from one of the restaurants in Whitby..? They are gorgeous. Or there's a fish and chip shop in Whitstable that sells to die for fish and chips and batter bits too

If you ever get the chance to go there you have to have fish and chips on the seafront. We love going there when we go on holiday... Thank gods I don't live near there otherwise I would be in the fish and chip shops every day...lol

Greg wants them to cook with something that's been part of him for many years.

I'm not sure I want to think about that one!

At lunch, 2 courses is £10:95, or three courses are £12:95. It's a set menu, and I have the chicken croquettes, followed by rump (rare), fat chips & pepper sauce
