There are some chefs in this collection that could beat them, Sat Bains for example!

i want Gary to win, but wouldn't be upset at any of the other three winning

I like Gary, gentle earnest chap.
Gary would be my winner too. What I particularly love about him is that as a chef lecturer he is passing on really fantastic basic skills and techniques to a whole group of new young chefs of the future.

I value his contribution much more than that of an white jacket on an ego trip.

The final - ooh 'citing. If the winning dish doesn't have textures of cauliflower, nasturtium leaves and foam I'm going to be might disappointed.
