Is that all there is to a parmesan tuile? I'm going to try them.
They are very difficult to make. They burn really easily.

I've been thinking the same thing. I only use them to wipe down surfaces so it's just odd them using it like that. I guess it's okay as they're clean...
You can buy huge rolls of them (they're not j cloths exactly, a bit tougher and come in a big square like kitchen roll.

Very convenient and useful for a kitchen I would think - I've got a roll my Mum got me. Had it for ages. You can also wash them in the machine and use them again.

I normally use kitchen roll with food - it's a lot more expensive though and I go through a lot of it.
