Hurrah, we have months old fermented trout coming up (in more ways than one!)

In fact, if this chef presented all 20 courses on a trestle table in the Tate Modern next year then I'm sure he'd win the bloody Turner Prize.
In fact just put them on the floor.
Only if he left them for a month to rot. This is all king's new clothes, isn't it?

I can't believe some of the stuff that passes for edible food nowadays. Now he's cooking reindeer heart. Poor Rudolf.
