Why have the BBC spent our money sending Thug Wallace over to Norway when he could have just recorded his canned lines back in London?

How many chefs does it take to plate a dish.
Partly why these places cost so much. It's several chefs per dish rather than several dishes per chef.

So for the food alone we're looking at 2600 NOK which at current exchange rates is just over £240. We then have either the wine or juice pairings which are either 1800 NOK (£170) or 950 NOK (£90) respectively.

Anyone feeling flush?
Or the local pub? Good food, local ale's and a nice warm fire.

I suppose by using the chef's to serve food they save money on waiting staff.

If I was eating there, I think I would get the giggles
I'd have to control myself from getting drunk and asking for a curry.

At risk of vulgarity, you'd need a good flush after eating that lot.
It wouldn't hit the sides on the way down.

To paraphrase a line from the most recent Bond film, just flush it down the toilet and cut out the middle man.

No, codswallop is on the menú wearing a pansy.

It really is emperor's new clothes and Gregg is pretending he understands so he can look sophisticated.
At least he's not shouting about Mr Kipling mince pies like last night. He's an embarrassment (yes an embarrassment, a living endorsement).

To be fair, reindeer is available in Scandinavian supermarkets and seen as quite normal. Not sure most people eat grated heart however!

Sounds like he had something caught in his throat when he was pronouncing the name of the dish. Thought he was going to choke.

Then again - you get reindeer casserole as a DRYTECH REAL TURMAT freeze-dried ration pack (think Mountain House)
