IIRC I think the closest we've got is in 'Amateur' Masterchef a vegetarian - who cooked veggie whenever possible - got to the final 4. That was like maybe four or five years ago? I think her name was Jackie?

There was a Scots lady with specs who cooked veggie food and it went down very well. But that was more like 10 years ago.

Thanks for replying. It seems you have to like meat to be a masterchef. That means I'm out even if I was 20 years younger and talented. Oh well bring on the crackers and cheese.

I don't! For Christmas you cannot beat carrots really gently boiled in clementine juice, they are devine! In fact, I shall be scoffing them on Sunday!
