Middle eastern spices.. hestons range has to stand out and be more luxurious... I was talking to one of their buyers about that exact product a week or so ago

They are delicious, one thing to remember is that the fruit juice boils at a lower temperature than water so they take much much longer to cook, I allow 2 hours on a low slow simmer, that really allows all the flavour to get into the carrots.
