Hope Nessa can get her dandruff fixed. Not nice to think of it dropping off into her food.
We went to a cafe once where one of the cooks (huge bloke) was sweating all over the chips! Actual drops falling onto them. I won't say where..... |

Dunno but he doesn't have to be so blunt. MRJ and Monica are more diplomatic.

My son is coming tomorrow and I said I'll make a treacle tart . Doubt that would impress Monica or Marcus. |

I feel that they got rid of Cornish guy for trying to be too clever. They liked he other guy as a person more. I reckon Cornish guy was the best chef out of the lot... Mehdi and the young girl were out of their depth.
Not too many sound effects from gregg so far which is always good! |

Watched it the past two nights.
Completely disgusted with the three off them. Gregg you can expect, he's not qualified in any way to judge a cookery competition. But the other two, they were commis/chef de parties and so on once upon a time. Would they have appreciated three stern looking morons giving each other ridiculous glances. It just shows a complete lack of respect for the applicants this year. Also the dishes for the skills test. Ridiculous again, it's actually like they want the contestants to slip up. Why not do a modern classic? Give them a list of ingredients and tell them to make a dish. This public shaming because they're obviously not going to do it the same way as them is absolutely pathetic. I'd never even heard of t-boning a fish till tonight!! Overall I'm just disgusted with the chefs. And Gregg Wallace is a prat anyway so nothing new learned this series. They actually seemed happy when people failed! |
