Aah, getting into true Cotswold territory there. One of our favourite walks is around Bruern Abbey, like the land that time forgot. I believe Alex James lives there (Kingham) and it's near Daylesford Organic which we visit to laugh at the prices. Used to be quite reasonable when it first opened.

If it's burnt then you've left it on too long. It has no place on the plate.

If you do see it remember that Jonnie has mental health issues and had a breakdown so he is a fragile person. Probably not in the best occupation for his health to be honest. He contemplated suicide. His restaurant later closed and he lost a great deal of money personally. Not my favourite person but the GBM incident should be viewed with that in mind.

Mountain was trying to be all "Heston", but was doing an awful job .. so Marcus gave him a 2 for his fish dish, and he stormed out, knocking a load of pans over in the process. He then posted offensive comments about DS forum members on Twitter, as we were taking the Micky out of him

Ellie definitely shows what good basic and classical training can produce. She has been taught well and has skills that will follow her regardless of the style of food she cooks.
