Switched over to Ben Fogle Lives in the Wild - which I thought meant he dwells in the wild, but he means other people's lives in the wild!

I have cooked sweatbreads ages ago when I was at college. Seem to remember they had a slightly livery taste but it was years ago now. I think one of them is the thyroid gland
I think, on the evidence, I'll give them a miss.

I hate to say it but I think the presentation could have been absolutely perfect that sand box would just put me off. It did detract from the actual piece I thought. But good on him for staying though. Lets hope he keeps to plates from now on.
