We had a tuck shop that sold those truly horrible chocolate covered tea cake things.
Every time I ate one I thought it MUST taste better than the last. Triumph of hope over experience.
That honeycomb looked rather hard, it almost looked like they were throwing bits off the plate when they chipped into it..
So since they did the banoffee and tbone fish tasks this whole cook for critics was fish and caramelised bananas
