So they have given the more difficult pastry test to those who say they are pastry chefs!

You mean you never had chocolate custard when you was a kid with chocolate cake

I had not long ago too and it was way too sweet...couldn't eat it now..
Nah. I led a sheltered childhood. Just had Birds custard.

I'm not on the ball at the moment..am recovering from flu at the moment, hence why I didn't get it. I actually do like wine but nothing too dry sadly. I'm more of a nice rose girl
Who didn't have their flu jab then?! Sorry, didn't mean to tease...

Monica it too dark to have such bleached hair and if I was her I'd sue the hairdresser as it's damaged!

You're supposed to be a pastry chef pal not a butcher!

Why are they making such a hash of removing the tarts from a plate. Surely that's the easiest part.

I like his calm 'thank you' to Gregg when he was doing the irritating time thing.

Wet tart comment from Gregg !

If that guy shaved off his beard he could pass for Gregg's twin brother.

They haven't understood that the filling needs flour in order to set, and that flour is the pistacio's

Every time I have had the jab I've got flu which has developed into full blown pneumonia. So I have vowed not to have the jab again. Although I was wishing I had had the jab when I was at the peak of the flu and my temp was at 102... I've just been left weak, and with an awful throat ad sniffly nose.
