Doesn't seem fair for them to be given so little time and then that chef was berated for making the pastry in the machine and not by hand.

Fine for in a professional kitchen but in a home?
It just seems so extragavant for a machine.. But as you say fine in a professional kitchen..
If you did want to buy it you couldn't just walk into John Lewis and pick it up; a sales person has to come to your home to demonstrate it to you. Pretentious nonsense.

They are professionals, working under pressure in a professional kitchen, and this is a competition not who can faff around for an hour!

Well that's Gregg's lunch sorted, 4 Steak Diane's followed by 4 tarts and custard. Especially as he wolfs everything down after Marcus and Monica have been delicate about it
