It's like night and day compared to last nights offerings.

It's very bland. You need to add a lorra lorra flavours to make it palatable.
Bit like pasta and polenta then.

Has anyone tasted quinoa, if so, what is it like? Is it one of those food that takes on the flavour of whatever you put with it.

DH fed up with 'pan fried' - what else are they going to use to fry?
Had it many years ago, tasted of sod all as I remember, similar to cous cous

Marcus likes calm chef, hopefully that'll get him through

It's a lemony spice used in Mediterranean and Middle Eastern cooking.
Cheers. Worth using?

I can't find anything where this chef cooked for him..certainly the name Andrew doesn't come up in that blog piece.
He said he worked with John Campbell, so was obviously one of his many unnamed underlings.

I've never used to personally but had it with Lebanese food. It's quite expensive I believe. I prefer saffron as sumac can be overwhelming.

Quite like couscous, but it's more the dressing and chopped veg that makes it palatable.

A friend was on a plane seated near Greg once. He was with his fiancee of the time and never left her alone the entire journey. Too amorous in public it woukd seem
I can believe it. He's so uncouth.

Very unfair sending someone home after the duds that went through last night.

Then it's not the couscous you're liking
