In all seriousness, his kids & Sharon who have stood by him despite him doing some bad things deserve security in the future.

In the 21st century TPTB and the scriptwriters for making him an invincible God and giving him major storyline after storyline, woman after woman and duff-duff after duff-duff.

'King of the Square' my arse.

Give some of the other characters a bloody chance SOC.

I think this is ridiculous. Why would he leave Ben out? I would have thought he'd naturally leave it to Louise, Ben and Sharon. Why wouldn't he? I wouldn't expect him to specifically leave money to Denny at this stage, but by virtue of leaving money to Sharon leaving money to him. Why did he leave everything to Louise?

Me. So I can buy a gun and shoot him with it, just in case the liver disease doesn't finish him off.

Only kidding of course.

Makes no sense. This seems like a storyline just for the sake of some drama. Surely he'd be concerned fot the security of both his children and his wife?

Whoever he wants to leave it to, that's the usual way wills are done.

And as was said on the Sharon thread has this thread been started so the Phil haters can bait the rest of the forum, or something like that.

No one deserves anything. I assume they're all there because they love him and not for what they might get out of him if he dies. They're all young and fit enough to provide for themselves. If Dot can still do it at her age then they should have no problem.

He should gather his family around his death bed, let them know he's leaving everything to the local cats' home, and then die laughing.

None of the Mitchells are currently aware of this, but Denise is carrying Phils baby. She will no doubt need financial support. When Phil learns of the existence he may very well change his will to include Mini Fox-Mitchell.

Even if he doesn't include Ben or MFM, the will can still be contested.

This storyline doesn't ring true to me as Phils always made it clear in the past that he wants Ben to be comfortable in the future. He brought the video store as a sound investment for Bens future (snort). So not adding him now just feels like poor continuity.

Or he could want to make him hate him enough to give up on the plan to give him his liver. He could have written a dummy will to feed to Sharon knowing she wouldn't be able to keep her mouth shut.

Yes I think this is a plausible theory.

It wasn't mind. I read it on here but can't remember the poster to give them the credit for it.

I'll take the credit Vald, most of my ideas are excellent so it was probably one of mine.

Thanks.

It should be split between Lisa, Kathy, Sharon, Billy, Shirley and Ian as compensation for the abuse hes put them through, and the money to Kathy and Lisa some will end up going to Ben and Louise.
