There are many strong contenders in ED. I love Moira for example- but it's ultimately Ross for me. Parr is a very good expressive actor ( even in a background crowd scene he draws your attention- few actors have that capability) who plays the part with panache and great sexiness ( he is hot as, I have to admit I find him incredibly hot but also stand by my post as to acting/ character reasons )- he has created a character who is interesting out of a one dimensional bad boy thug. Even the Ross dissers will have to admit that Michael Parr playing his character of Ross Barton has created one of the most important characters in ED.

People will say that Ross doesn't have the brains to take on all 3, but its not just about that. Ross is dangerous, he has tried to kill people.

So has Robert and has gone through with two of them, he also has contacts to make Ross disappear. In a fight he might be the least dangerous of the five, but as an enemy he's the one you should fear most as if he doesn't kill you he will rip you life to shreds.

I'm sure Ross knows some dodgy people as well, its just he doesn't mind getting his hands dirty. After being held at gunpoint by Robert, if Ross crossed him again then he would surely be more prepared for the comeback this time.

Finn is my favourite male character, although criminally underused. He's a genuine nice lad, who is the pin that keeps the Bartons together. Those scenes he played when they thought he was raped were heartbreaking and beautifully portrayed. I also like his friendship with Victoria and his relationship with Eric (& Val before she died). Special mention also for Ashley who is fantastic.

My fave female character is Nicola. I like how flawed she is but ultimately she loves Jimmy, Angel, Rodney and also Laurel. She gets great one liners - my all time favourite being when Laurel told her about her relationship with Marlon - 'God Laurel it says something when you're the butch one in bed'.

Finn had the potential to be a good solid character, and I agree that he is wasted. I'd love to see a succesful non stereotypical gay couple on TV and I think that Finn has the intellect and the emotional capacity to bring that to the village. He needs a decent boyfriend (it looks like the guy he saved in crash may be that, MAYBE!) and he needs to use his degree and set up his own tech business. Most guys in that industry work from home so he could still be around, but have some financial security and a bit of success. He's just a bit of a waste of space at present.

I think Aaron is smarter than Ross because Aaron only commits crimes when he thinks it's necessary Ross just does it for fun. Also Robert has gotten away with a lot more than Ross so isn't that dumb, he has been involved in 3 deaths and has yet to pay for any of them and OG Cain has already proven he can take Ross down.

Only been watching a few week's but Ross appealed to me straight away, typical of me I do like a good looking baddie in the soap's.

Also, Aaron is not smarter than Ross, no way. Robert has always been bright, he is dangerous, I admit that. Cain beats Ross up, but he never gets rid of him.

No, Robron actually has chemistry and I really like them at first, my problem was when they turned Aaron into Robert's victim and had him crying 24/7. It was like they turned them into a gay version of JR and Sue Ellen off Dallas.

I dont see the chemistry to be honest, if Danny and Ryan weren't good looking, the Robron pairing would be nowhere near as popular as it is.

There Chemistry is good its not sizzling hot like Stedan was but its decent. I think it'd be better if we saw them acting more like a couple they are very hands off.
