iD mobile
Hi
I am looking for new phone/contract and have seen a deal with iD network. I'v never heard of them, any one have any positive/negative experiences they can share? |

They're the network of The Carphone Warehouse so in that respect, at least you know you'll get good customer service.

No problems with iD mobile here with rolling one month sim going now for 8 months.

Their non-European roaming rates are very high, they can't switch their voicemail off and their billing system has issues with their special offer bundles - otherwise ok

Thanks for your replies.
![]() They are so much cheaper than the more well know networks, might be worth the risk then if aside from the niggles mentioned they are ok. Its a 2 year contract and I just don't want to find that reception or wifi is useless. |

Get a 3 payg sim and try it in all major locations that you need.
