Sofiane. if JD had brought him back, then Sofiane would have been fired, without a doubt.

Sofiane. He's perennially worse than useless.

I really dislike Paul though. He causes stress by constantly nagging people with accusations of nagging. Despite his claims, has made loads of mistakes, and IMO was responsible for the failure if the sweets tasks. He just gets away with looking competent, because he's so confident and dominant.

JD shouldn't have just accepted the blame for everything in the boardroom; these criticisms are opportunities to explain his decisions. He wasn't responsible for the failure of the task.

All of them failed to appreciate the amazingness of the technology they were supposed to be flogging.

Rebecca for her total incompetence at pointing a camera at a group of people. Her promotional video looked like what happens if you accidentally leave a video camera on without noticing. If she can't even use basic technology, there really is no hope for her!

If there could be a triple firing I would do that this week.

JD for being completely useless in the task. He is a nice bloke but that's it.
Paul for being VERY aggressive and negative. Yuk
Rebecca for being useless at marketing (WHAT WAS THAT VIDEO? That was like someone accidentally switching on the camera and it happened to capture the singing)

Sofiane. Dropping Fran in it at the presentation was terrible, and the guy just won't listen!

Paul. He is irritating and gets aggressive easily, plus yells for no reason. It's very unprofessional.

I liked JD, sad to see him go

The other team should have lost and Samuel should have been fired.

Sofiane.

Sofiane is the new Karthik. He has become a loudmouthed loose cannon, while the original Karthik over the last couple of tasks has toned it down and become charming and engaging.

Sofiane does not listen to others, yet insists on interrupting whatever is happening in order to voice whatever half-baked thought has just marched across his brain. For instance, while planning the video, he kept banging on about safety; riding the bike in the video shoot, he stopped to demand Jessica look at a different shot; he was much the same in video post-production.

Rebecca, then again JD was PM and was far to 'chilled' and 'relaxed'

Where JD did have a point was there is no sense in wasting time in recriminations about mistakes in the past that can no longer be changed.

At least the right team won this week.

I would have fired Paul, he's done nothing noteworthy, goes around with a face like a slapped backside, and is quick to point at other people.

JD was awful as PM but the biggest mistakes were the oversight for rewards, not getting the dude to appear and sell his product (whoever on the other team thought to include the inventor and her story deserves extra credit), and giving 40% discounts regardless of quantity. All of which were Paul's responsibility.

I personally feel like Sofiane should have gone, he left Frances totally up a creek without a paddle and the lack of communication about pricing was inevitably one of the key factors that cost them the task. If JD had just brought back Sofiane then JD might have been saved. For what it's worth I don't think JD should have gone, he was pretty bad tonight but not the worst PM this season by a long way and certainly not responsible for the failure of the task.

It really was Paul and Sofiane that pretty much let that entire team down. It should have been one of them to go.
