I'm sick of Paul shooting and sulking and complaining. He made some massive mistakes this week and if anyone should have been humble in the board room it was Paul.

I don't like bullies, and in my experience, they make terrible leaders.

I think any of the three in the boardroom were deserving of being fired however I think JD and Paul were culpable for the big errors but then JD has people skills whereas Paul very clearly doesn't so I would have said Paul. He is just bluster and his discussions with the inventor and his team mates were just rude. On another point, Rebecca is absolutely useless at marketing which I would have thought would have eliminated her as she claims expertise in that area.

JD, completely rubbish and screwed up right to the end in not bringing back Paul and Sofian to blame each other in the board room and possibly let him off the hook.

Paul and Sofiane were completely at blame for the failure of this task, absolutely.

Sofiane is inconsiderate, rude, interrupts and dropped Frances in it big time - all because he didn't have a clue what he's talking about. I think Courtney was the one that said he didn't trust Sofiane and he's completely right.

Paul walks around the entire task with a face like thunder ready to pin blame on anyone but himself. This whole thing about him 'thinking' when Sofiane was talking to him was ridiculous. He'll be a terrible, dictator like PM and I dread to see the results. He acts like an Army brat and the quicker him, Sofiane and Samuel go the better.

Rebecca made more mistakes, but JD seemed to have mentally signed out before the task had even begun.

Sofiane

Because he was responsible for the financial aspect of the pitch.
He dumped it onto Frances, who obviously wasn't involved in that discussion, and as Karren Brady said the retailers watching the pitch loved the product but refused to invest in it because they weren't informed about the pricing.

Therefore Sofiane was responsible for them losing the pitch to the big retailers.
I even wonder if he did that to Frances to put her in danger of being fired should they have lost the task.

As JD didn't take Sofiane back into the boardroom JD must have been completely oblivious to why they had failed the task, even though he had been told why by Alan and Karren beforehand. Therefore JD had to go for that reason alone.
JD shouldn't have taken the blame for everything, he should have very clearly identified Sofiane's failing in the pitch. A proper businessperson must be able to identify where the failings originate from when a problem occurs, otherwise the business is likely to fail.

JD or Sofiane - I called JD when they entered the boardroom because quite frankly he did nothing (or at least not in what we saw) but Sofiane (if that's spelt correctly) wasn't great either, unless he pulls something great out the bag, his team win or for some reason he avoids being called back into the boardroom again I'm expecting him to be very close to leaving the in the next week or so
