Grainne is not a likeable person
I was getting fed up if her slagging off Samuel in the boardroom in front of Lord Sugar.
![]() She's an ignorant and very rude person. Samuel handled the situation very well. And then when she found out the team won, she did not show one once of shame for talking to Samuel like that. Horrible. |

I liked her last week but this week she did seem to be in the mood for a scrap. I thought she showed herself up in the boardroom as she wouldn't let Samuel get a word in and was proving his point of not saying anything of value.
Which annoyed me when Claude completely took her side. Was funny though when she had to get herself out of that mood and enjoy the reward after it was revealed they had won. |

Horrible. Don't get the" potential " bit either - she was very poor the week before and lucky she was not fired imo. She but all the blame on Mukai and Sugar swallowed it. |

I like Grainne , As for Samuel he's an idiot too proud to take the good advice he was being given by Grainne when he was screwing up the task . Lord Sugar more or less told him that if his team had not been lucky enough to win the task , he would have been fired

Samuel was an idiot, believe me I would have ripped on him far worse than Grainne did.

Samuel's idea was rather pointless but there is no need to speak to him like that, especially since she had not heard the result of the task.
She could have held back, but she couldn't resist being nasty. |

Samuel was just a bit too arrogant. Grainne was right to call him out.

She's not awful, but Samuel wasn't listening to her or anyone else's input, so it's partially justified imo.
She didn't act horribly towards him, I'd say, though. Really, over the years, there have been far worse drags than what Grainne said in the boardroom. |

In fact, usually by this time there is at least one who is a clear likely winner and better than the rest. This time they are all very poor imo. |

I thought she was right to criticise Samuel.
He had complete tunnel vision with regards to his idea - and it was bloody awful! |

She was completely right though?
Samuel hadn't let her get a word in, particularly not in Waterloo when she actually did attempt to bring up to him what a stupid idea he had and he just completely talked over her and talked her down. And then for Samuel to say in the boardroom that she hadn't said anything when he hadn't LET her say anything, that was really did my head in personally.

she was great, when he never let either girl contribute for the pr stunt, she had the chance to let out her anger in the boardroom as it was a ridiculous idea and could have seen them in the losing team

She is blunt and argumentative but in her defence, Samuel was a very poor manager and the idea for the PR stunt was horrendous. It wasn't clear however what her idea was though so if she didn't offer an alternative, she can't really complain about it. I'm pretty certain Samuel would have been fired if they had lost though. The other parts of the campaign in terms of the video and Karthiks pitch etc were good and that was what won the day for them.

Samuel needed to be told big style but Granary went a bit OTT. Trish could have said something which she did but she wasn't as repetitive as Granary who went on and on and on and on.

Grainne doesn't come across as particularly likeable but Samuel deserved her scorn. He was crap and would have been out on his arse if his team didn't barely win. I got the distinct feeling that he is not used to women talking back to him.....

To deflect attention from the lack of any ideas of her own - good or bad - her sole strategy is to go on the attack in a very aggressive manner. Can't wait to see her get fired - should have gone last week quite frankly. 'Potential', my @rse.

For me, it wasn't just the way she spoke to him in the boardroom but the way she walked away when he was telling the actors that they didn't need to answer questions but just direct people to them. Don't get me wrong, Samuel was very inept as a PM but Grainne is still a disrespectful so and so. |

I've grown to like Grainne and was until last episode anyway a fan of Samuel however I was on Grainne's side on this task. Samuel not only wouldn't listen to her contributions at Waterloo though he was very much in need of it but he pretended in the board room that she hadn't said anything.
He showed himself up mightily again in the task when he decided to take over from Trishna Arrogant and a numpty.

To be fair, Grainne treated Karthik worse last week than Samuel treated her this week. Good thing Karthik didn't put up more of a fight as he could have driven her crazy if he wanted. A bit of karma this week maybe.
But Samuel and Grainne were both very grown up about it afterwards. With Samuel admitting he needs to work better with her and be more open to her ideas in future. A lot of candidates would have still been mad or defensive about winning as PM anyway. |
