So yeah, congratulations to Simon and our winning mentor Soap who continues his winning streak despite taking a break.

Huge commiserations to Juan and Ryan Lawrie, who have been absolutely great throughout the competition and were literally mentored well. To take such an act and come this close to winning with them, that's a testimony to true skill as a mentor. Well done on a very respectable second place.

Speaking of which, let's jump right into them. Don't want this final to drag on until tomorrow morning now do we? So, who wants some voting statistics? Or Maris' announcements?

Voting stats!

03-12-2016
Week 1: Express Yourself
11.4% Maricel Callo
9.6% Gamu Nhengu
9.5% Ryan Lawrie
9.4% Raign Rabin
9.3% Melanie McCabe
8.5% The Brooks
8.4% Eumee Capile
7.7% New Kings Order
7.4% Skarl3t
6.7% Simon Lynch
-----------------
6.5% Janet Grogan
4.1% Carolynne Poole

Looking back at the stats, this must be interesting as Maricel Callo – who was eliminated the following week was at the top of the leaderboard followed by Gamu and Ryan, both finalist, who were both favourites. Interestingly, both Skarl3t and Simon Lynch who made it far in the competition rated poorly at the beginning with Simon almost placing at the bottom two. By a majority vote, Janet Grogan was sent home however if that went to a deadlock, she would've stayed over Carolynne.

Yoohoo anyone still here?

Shocked about Skarl3t's W1 rating

Week 2: What's New?
13.0% Skarl3t
12.9% Eumee Capile
11.2% Melanie McCabe
10.6% The Brooks
9.7% Raign Rabin
9.1% Simon Lynch
8.0% Gamu Nhengu
7.4% Ryan Lawrie
------------------
6.5% Carolynne Poole
6.5% Maricel Callo
------------------
5.0% New Kings Order

This week was a huge flip in the leaderboard as the entire top 4 in week 1 all fell places in week 2. Interestingly, three of our finalist was closely placing to the bottom three. Pointed out earlier, week 1 winner Maricel Callo was sent home over Carolynne in a deadlock situation. However this is a big scoop, one voter did not make it in time (late by 6 minutes), but if Maris did count it, Maricel would've been safe and Ryan would've been in the bottom.
