I know all about Hartlepool and the frenzy with UKIP and Brexit. Weston-super-Mare is Tory central, we have a head honcho who has been councillor since 1976 who represents a village on the outskirts of the town, two local Lib Dems councillors round here who have done f--k all, and the town centre councillor a rich businessman who is a Tory who bought his own election win (I stood against him and was 200 off beating him). UKIP have a councillor in the North of the town, and she's a cut and shut job - ignored the issues at a local secondary school, crime gone up in her ward and she has moved out of the borough! This is also pro-Brexit.

Mad world isn't it? In five to ten years, if things don't change I can see Weston being a ghost town. Where I live in the town centre, there is always trouble and we have the police out to one block almost nightly. You can't sleep most nights!
