I agree. It was a difficult samba with a lot of content and very fast. She suffered from the same problem as Ore. She was rushing to keep up with the music and couldn't manage it at times. I think his dance had the edge though and obviously neither of them were terrible - or as far as I can see terrible people.

Of course it wasn't. Laura got unecessary tweets sent to her at the start (from the same handful of people) but that had gone and they were getting on very well, happy to celebrate their times together by tweets, pictures and instagram stories - both in training and socialising together out of it - and were getting lots of support sent to them both.

And having left SCD and her partnership with Giovanni there was next to no chance of receiving tweets like that again since she wasn't getting them in recent times anyway. Things seemed awkward between them in the backstage vid, and unfollowing is a bit strange now. Whatevers happened (if anything has happened as things could be OK) is between them. Personally I could care less if they started up a passionate relationship or had such a bitter fall out they never spoke to each other again - but whatever goes on between them is between them, and will have very little to do with other people nomatter how much some may like it to be the case

Well if she was, it was very minimal....I saw a few not so nice tweets among the lots of positive ones, but they were all in relation to the dance itself or the marks given, or the fact Gios chose to do so many spins. And if she did get a few they were one or two among lots of positive ones - following other people I see they get the same. There will always be one or two.

The point is, it was minimal and had not bothered them at all in recent times given the amount of pics, tweets and instagram stories they put up recently and how well they seemed to be getting on and showed it. Being out of the partnership and the limelight, there was no reason imo to deliberately 'unfollow' your partner so soon, its different from chosing just to not post about him. Having said that, I don't even know if there is an issue between them, and even if there had been it could be easily have been resolved by now anyway. But I think its obvious, going from how theyve been and how they were on Saturday that if there is something which there might not be at all - its between them. You're free to attribute it to somthing else if you wish, I just find it most unlikely.

I agree that if there is any issue, it is certainly something to do with them, possibly due to Laura not being impressed with Giovanni on Saturday. But it might all be nothing.

No I saw someone who was being polite under trying circumstances and was genuinely not a happy bunny.

Looked like she had a lot of potential in ballroom, even if we didn't get to see much of it. But everyone now is decent so no result is a big surprise.”

Sorry that was not a good Samba on Laura's part, Giovanni was brilliant showing off AND showing up Laura, but her steps were hesitant, unsure and the choreography for her role was minimal at best and at worst non existent.

But that makes me think, if she was soooooo unhappy, why didn't she talk to him about it before the show, during the week? She certainly knows that he did what he did to cover for the fact she couldn't dance (bad ankle or not). Ungrateful is the word.”

How do you know that she didn't talk to him about it during the week? The pros are well known for refusing to change their dances (injury is about the only exception) even Pasha who is one of the more easy going pros is well known for this.

Laura is a fan of the show so I'm sure she knew (just like everyone on here) that Gio's showboating would make her look worse than she is. And so it proved to be. She's not ungrateful just intelligent to know what a bad idea it was to show off as he did.
