Disco was 70's into early 80's, that song was 1989/90, but then the themes are very loosely interpreted it seems.

She's always dressed for disco, and doesn't sing anyway, so bring on huge stage production, shiny dancers bedazzling the viewers and backing singers carrying the song, and she'll be fine sadly.

What I can't understand is Where is Louis Rule Book this year. He also praises Honey G

If he does have one he never comments on it like he did every other year. if a particular song didn't suit the theme for that week he always commented on it but not this year for some strange reason.

Hip-hop is influenced by disco; there are many songs for her to mangle

it's influenced by a lot of things. there's a part of hip-hop inspired by disco; a part that's tries distancing from it, etc.

POW! I NAILED MY PREDICTION IN 1!

She has a free pass to ignore the themes and basically do her phoney talk/rap every week. The judges giver a standing ovation and tells her she's improving week on week. The show is all but finished now.

Seriously, she just said on X Factor's SOTS that she is being pushed to her limit every week

Seriously, what limit? She does the same bloody thing every week and they never pull her up on it

Well thats 3 minutes of my life I'll never get back
Seriously, I mean... what the ****? She comes out like she thinks a star to the score from ROCKY (when Stayin' Alive is originally from Saturday Night Fever).
And no, she doesnt sing a note and appears to steal one of Will Smith's raps and gets a standing ovation. She looks like someone's mum doing karaoke pretending its 1995.
No words

The judges giving her a standing ovation is a joke!

Well it made me smile. But I'm a simple and nostalgic soul so stick the Rocky or A-Team theme in anywhere and I'm on board.

A dismal week and at least this had a bit of life about it - only Saara and Honey entertained us.

Mind you if my son wasn't about cheering her on it wouldn't hold half the appeal.

I watched SCD and, as someone who found Ed losing his seat the highlight of the last election still see his value. Yes, he's rubbish but he's trying hard and doing everything he can to improve. He knows he isn't very good but he isn't deluded or trolling the public, he's doing it with a smile on his face.
Honey G is either trolling or deluded, whichever of those she is, I find her as entertaining as an anal prolapse.
If people genuinely like her then fine but getting a bit bored with being told those who find her as amusing as root canal are taking it too seriously or have no sense of humour.
