Nicole and Sharon are really annoying and my opinion only. I do think if Cheryl and Tulisa replaced in 2017 it would be much better. The script will still be there but do think they are far better mentors than Sharon and Nicole and Nicole really is so full of herself. MeMe.
Louis, Tulisa, Cheryl and Simon I think would work.

Cheryl was never a good judge, but her spark was gone last year as well. Dannii is what the show's been missing.

They need to get people on there who actually say what they think, and not what they are told to say. That would be a start.

Agree.

Nicole and Sharon are so ... I dont know, i can't see realness in them, its like they r there because they have to, i see no passion, hate them.

Danni, Cheryl and even Rita Ora (who i believe left cause the show is to fake for her realness) are great to help the show.

I dont want Tulisa back

She was good in her first year on the show when her group Little Mix won

But the second year when her acts were knocked out early she lost interest and was boring at the end

What do we now know about Tulisa?

- She was embarrassingly poor at giving head (she may have improved since then).

- She is definitely not a drugs dealer.

- She has made a shed load of money from not a great deal of talent.

The first two shouldn't be a problem for her (I'm sure she has got used to everyone having seen her blowjob technique).

The third one is a positive advantage as lots of contestants with limited talent will need her help.

She also has a Trout Pout and her sitting next to Sharon would not be a good look

Cheryl has always been a good judge, as was Danni. I thought that Cheryl was the best judge last year with the most constructive comments. I cannot stand Nicole or Louis, Nicole is so full of herself and over the top and Louis is crap!!!!

Bring back Cheryl I say!

Defo agree! Any combination of Cheryl/Dannii/Tulisa would be great tbh. Even something different like Gary and these three females could be interesting to watch. Simon is quite stale now imo.

Christ no. I actually think it needs Barlow back.

Tulisa had her chance and she blew it by being surly and miserable inn her second year. As for Cheryl, I've never got her appeal. Aside from having a pretty face, she has the personality of a plank of wood and offers absolutely nothing of value

Most of her feedback was about costumes, hairstyling and production. She was so subdued last year it made her utterly superfluous.

I wouldn't use the word hate, that's a strong word but I agree about the lack of passion, especially with Nicole, I have never been a fan of hers, she was so full of herself in the Pussy cat dolls and is no different as a judge either! I do think Cheryl cares about her acts more and definitely a better mentor. Look what she done with Reggie and Bollie last year?

yep and as much as i think the show should be more about the acts than the judges, it is missing that element

I agree and would say, twice Louis has been replaced and it did not work but I do say a panel of Louis, Tulisa, Cheryl and Simon would work as said in my original post. I loved Danni and my favourite but she has been away too long now and do not think it would work.

I personally loved the days of Kelly Rowland and Tulisa. It would be great to have them two back on the panel one day. They gave a lot of personality and fun to the 2011 series. Tulisa did great with the groups that and Kelly brought a wonderful taste of America to the UK I much prefer them to Sharon and Nicole

If you really want the show to take its final breath...then yes.

Tweedy-Cole is terrible.

Tulisa was quite good.

Kelly Rowland is the worst judge the show's ever had.

For the record, let me just say that I love last year's panel and hate this year's.

Cheryl - For me personally, Cheryl was the reason I stuck to watching The X Factor to begin with. One of the best mentors, and the primary reason for the show's success in its "golden age" (2008-2010), you can be sure that any series with her on it, I'll be tuning in.

Tulisa Contostavlos - While her mentoring skills were so-so, and she was either subliminally fighting with Kelly Rowland or lying in Nicole's shadow, she wasn't bad as a judge. However, after Tulisa replaced her on the show in 2011, Cheryl hasn't exactly held Miss T in the highest regard, and considering their chilly time on the panel together during the 2014 live final, it's doubtful we'd see both on the panel sitting side-by-side.

Rita Ora - The life of series 12, Rita proved to be an excellent TV personality but a poor mentor. She goes where the money goes, and unless ITV offers her an amazing deal, I think we're going to see her far more here in the USA than back in the UK

Nicole Scherzinger - She was my favorite judge for ages after her stint in 2012-2013. I thought I definitely wanted her back this year, but she appears to have performed below expectations in my eyes.

Dannii Minogue - While I found her to be tepid after being overshadowed by both Sharon and then Cheryl, I think she would have made a thrilling comeback. Sadly, she's lost to Gary Barlow's new show, Let It Shine.
