To be clear: the order they are called safe does NOT reflect their position in the voting, hence they are calling it 'no particular oder'. However, it is far from random. They are being called out in the order that will serve the program best in terms of generating suspense and in terms of subliminal messages.
In practise, this means that an act polling anywhere on the table can be called out last, thus ramping up the suspense (is he, or isn't he safe ???), and at the same time giving a suggestion that they have cleared the B2 by the skin of their teeth.
In past seasons, certain acts like Christopher Maloney would be left in this position for most weeks, which planted the idea that they had somehow 'snatched' the place of whoever was in the B2, thus playing into their 'villain' role.
