9.98% of the remaining UK population able to get terrestrial TV from relay sites, probably about 6m people so in those terms it seems a lot but for the 90% who can get it terrestrially then it's not.
It doesn't matter how you phrase it - 6 million people is a LOT!!


I'm sure contractual issues must be what's holding back Dave from going FTA on DSAT.
I would suggest otherwise - more likely the increased costs, and considerably reduced income, are what keeps them from going FTA. It's often been suggested that the only thing keeping Dave on Freeview (such as it is) is the subscription money from satellite ad cable.

Any contractual issues would have long since expired, and been replaced by new ones.
