Not one scripted reality show member. Wonder if there's a backlash now after last year's final, had 2 of the final 3 from those shows.
Wonder how this will affect future CBBs. Will it mean that there will be less of them now or maybe there's none in I'm A Celebrity because CBB has already signed them up?
God, I hope not.

Less in I'm a Celeb means more for CBB. They are cheap bookings and usually set out to create drama and column inches. Let's be honest - CBB has never been as.. selective.

Win-win for CBB.

Channel 5= Viacom

Viacom= King of reality shows in the UK and the US.

People need to realise that sadly C5 CBB will always have scripted stars due to their connection with Viacom.

I hope that would apply to American nobodies as well though.

Remain to be convinced , although a couple of years ago it was only Chloe goodman of U.K. Reality celebs yet it was overloaded with American ones

I was thinking that the ones that wanted to do IAC will just do BB instead. But who knows.

The UK reality housemates don't tend to do that well on BB. Some exceptions like Bear obviously.

That was also the series where the headline "star" was Katie Hopkins (someone who only became prominent due to the Apprentice and already flopped on I'm A Celeb). It was just an easy PR move to make after the reality stars in CBB13-14 were mostly disposable duds (Ollie, Lauren, Ricci).

I don't think it matters - I'd rather they cast someone like Gemma Collins over a nobody like Kavana.

Good-looking young male UK reality stars do - they won the past 3 CBBs.

and scott, and james, and charlotte, and rylan, and paddy and arguably katie price who all won. that's not including marnie, stevi & chloe, katie hopkins, george from gogglebox, white dee, ollie, luisa, sam, mario, frankie, jedward and amy who all made the final in their respective series.

Viacom will always chase the phone revenue though, which means they'll favour people with the sort of fan base that will pay to call and vote...

Bring on the vloggers and twitterarti

This is the reason why I switch off CBB, earlier and earlier each series now. They're driving out the loyal BB viewers, who'd faithfully watch a whole series and replacing them with people who only switch on for arguments.

They mentioned Aubrey o day as well! Sometimes because a real celebrity American whose been on a reality show doesn't mean that's what they're famous for !

Those that are reality show stars only appeal to a limited audience !
They get real celebrities on strictly and have on I'm a celebrity !
I prefer civilian bb because I do want to see real celebrities from all walks of life in CBB it was a farce tis year with us none the wiser who the real people are because they're so used to being in reality shows !😉
