Yes, doubt he'll do 100k this week but good nonetheless.

Think you will it would be his 12th number one? Not his 13th?

Of course there were a couple of albums with Take That as well...

Yes - this thread is about him as a solo artist though.

59K+ now.

My figure of his No.1 albums was from the OCC so they must be counting his Take That ones too.

They shouldn't count his take that number ones. As he never achieved them on his own, but as a group effort. Therefore they are not his own number 1's.

Shows the massive difference between single and album buyers.

Have heard the album, can't say it has many catchy songs. The only track I really liked was Time On Earth.

I think Robbie's best days are past him but that's just my opinion!

Am a big fan and must admit that I'm a bit disappointed. As you rightly say, not many standout tracks and I got the Deluxe with 16 on it. Mind you my fave album of his, and I have them all, is 2001's Swing When You're Winning.

Have literally never understood the appeal of his music, nor his success. Well done to him though.

that album was full of standards written by some major talent so not surprising, though you'd have been better off by a million miles with a Sinatra album

Robbie Williams has been on 16 UK No.1 Albums. He's had 12 as a Solo Artist and
he was on 4 with Take That. The 4 with Take That were: 'Everything Changes', (1993),
'Nobody Else', (1995), 'Greatest Hits', (1996), and 'Progress', (2010). It is true that he'd
left Take That, (June 1995), when 'Greatest Hits' was released, in March 1996, but it
counts as a No.1 Album that he was on. His vocals were on 17 of the 18 Tracks

They aren't counting the take that ones. He's had 12 number ones as a solo artist

The OCC quite clearly states he has had 12 number ones as solo artist including his latest. That doesn't include take that albums. Don't know where you got the 13 figure as that's wrong for solo and for take that too.
