I recently read online from multiple sources including this one :

http://www.counselheal.com/articles/...n-december.htm

That the OnePlus 2 and 3 are to get Nougat by the end of this year.

Took a while to download on my OP3 (I manually downloaded and flashed the update).

I see I have a VoLTE option now, but it doesn't work because I'm on BT mobile

Sadly BT mobile doesn't seem to have VoLTE on any device yet. Not sure how separate the core networks are, but I wish they'd get on and do it.

My OP3T hasn't got it yet but I read this morning that the upgrade was to take a few days to roll out.

If you want it earlier, try Opera VPN from the Play store and set your location to Canada or Germany, then check for update.

Disconnect the VPN before starting the download or it'll be very slow.

It worked perfectly for me too. I uninstalled the app afterwards as my phone went to Canadian time.

Thank you!

A bit apprehensive about VPN'ing, in case any UK specific tweaks come along for the ride with the OTA. Hopefully we'll get it soon! (He says, continuing to impatiently wait)
