It could have just been a reaction to being thrown up by Matt. I raised my eyebrows when I saw her with her legs around Matt, but I then just thought that it was a reaction to Matt throwing her up, or bending backwards while having his arms around her. Things happen when people hear great news about themselves.

I have not been watching the show, but that doesn't sound like a big deal. I'd be more concerned over the fact that Nicole was overheard off cam saying that she thinks Matt won't have a long term career.
