I absolutely love Tamacun. That's an excellent, excellent song for the paso. Ive seen many paso dances to that song. GREG wins best song of the week.

Because the numpty choosing the music wants to be "innovative" and demonstrate that his choices aren't run of the mill tunes. Like those which are easy to dance to.

"I Heard it Through the Grapevine" is a great Motown tune, but played correctly there's a lot of "anticipation" i.e. To explain in simple terms, the first note that really belongs to those in the next bar, is in places played at the end of the previous one, so this could upset the dancer's timing.

Hm, was really looking forward to a Danny and Oti AT. Now not so much...

His first really duff music choice, guess it was only a matter of time

I just listened to it and meh....I mean it can work for an AT but you can't beat an AT with nice traditional music.

I suppose Danny was overdue an awful song. That's a really terrible song for what could (and should) have been a sizzling AT.

And there must be numerous non traditional pieces that would set a more sizzling backdrop. It feels very much a let down.

Can see Louise being top of the board with that song choice, Claudia not far behind her.

Well, that's Daisy completely and utterly screwed with a Salsa this week then...

And they'll almost certainly use a Tango version (or at the very least a much more dramatic version) of Danny's AT song rather than the original like they did with Katie's Tango to Telephone last year - surely they wouldn't purposely sabotage what could be one of the standout dances of this year... Then again, it is the Strictly producers we're talking about.

Not sure about Heard It Through The Grapevine for a AT. It's such a good classic song. Should have had something traditional or something else like The Beatles- Eleanor Rigby or Amy Winehouse-Back to Black would have worked

This sums up my feelings.
I was looking forward to their AT so much, but now I'm left feeling completely disappointed that they don't have traditional music.
If anyone can make it work it would be those two.. but I'm struggling to see how that song could be an AT at all.

I did think it would be Greg's week to go but with proper Paso sounding music he may make it to Blackpool.

I fear for Ore a Rumba after a bottom 2 visit not great think it may be him and Daisy up for the chop this week.


As for Danny's music I don't think it's that bad if you just listen to the music. Here it doesn't sound too bad for an Argentine Tango it's just Marvin's voice makes it sound softer.
