Paso is definitely one of the safest dances overall but quite a few more men have gone out on it - Anthony, Mark Foster and Diarmuid on top of the ones you mentioned.

The most dangerous dances overall are samba, salsa, American Smooth, and to a degree Argentine Tango (but there have been so few done overall it's hard to tell). I would say Daisy definitely has the hardest draw with salsa, especially given the song - that sort of late 80s/early 90s psych pop goes down really badly usually - see Love Shack being a Bottom 2 song both times its been danced to.

The thing is that a lot of the rhumba guys who were saved because they were basically good dancers who just couldn't rhumba but the paso guys were all basically kinda of rubbish period. Natalie managed on tour to make a pretty good ballroom dancer out of Mark Foster but his latin was still rubbish. Hubbie called him Lurch when he was on the show.

Highest Scoring Couple: Claudia & AJ (though could be Danny & Oti/Louise & Kevin)
Lowest Scoring Couple: Ed & Katya
Bottom Two: Daisy & Aljaz and Ore & Joanne
Eliminated: Daisy & Aljaz

I sadly think Daisy's time is up this week, though I'd argue she looks marginally better in training than Ore does but then again he is the stronger overall dancer and the judges would definitely save him. If Greg's Paso ends up falling flat, he could replace Ore in the dance-off (and would subsequently be eliminated) but I reckon his general popularity + Natalie's clever choreography will keep him safe.
